How and why Tracvio uses cookies — kept to the minimum.

We don't use advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies. We only use the cookies needed to sign you in and run the service.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website work and remember things.

2. The cookies we use

Type	What it's for
Necessary	Keeping you signed in, security, and remembering your store. The service can't work without these.
Preferences	Remembering simple choices, such as your selected branch or till.

3. What is kept in your browser

Some things are stored on your device rather than as cookies, so the software keeps working:

Offline till data — when you use the point of sale, your product list and any sales rung while the internet is down are held on that device and sent to your store as soon as the connection returns.
Small preferences — for example the light or dark setting for this website, which is forgotten when you close the browser.

Clearing your browser’s site data removes these. On a till, send any offline sales to your store first — the chip in the top bar tells you when everything is synced.

4. Managing cookies

Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking the necessary ones will stop sign-in and core features from working.
