Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Tracvio.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tracvio's websites, applications and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Tracvio on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your staff users' access.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Tracvio may be offered on a free trial and on paid plans. Plan features and limits are shown at sign-up.
• Paid fees are billed in advance for the period selected and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change plan pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading malware; attempting to gain unauthorised access; or using the Service to store or transmit unlawful content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter ("Your Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Your Data to provide the Service. You can export Your Data at any time while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after it ends. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing terms.

6. Availability & support

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and updates may occur. Support is provided at support@tracvio.io.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Tracvio and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or code except the right to use the Service as intended.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may request an export of Your Data for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Tracvio does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice; features such as VAT/tax calculations are tools to assist you, and you remain responsible for your filings and compliance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracvio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
