Ring a coffee and a burger on the same till, send the drink and the food to different stations, hand over an order number, and still know at the end of the week what each item costs to make and where the food actually went — with eat-in and takeaway taxed correctly.

What CafeOps includes

Everything a café or a fast-food bar runs on — with Excel & PDF exports.

Fast counter service
Big buttons, order numbers, combos, and sections that turn themselves on at serving times — breakfast stops at 11:30 by itself.
Kitchen tickets & screen
Drinks to the bar, food to the grill: every item is routed to its own station, on a printer whose role is set so a kitchen ticket never prints on a customer's receipt.
Takeaway-correct tax
The rate lives on the line, not the item — eat in and takeaway differ, and so do food and drink. One grid, set once, with a preset for Cyprus and the UK.
Menu, combos & allergens
Per-dining-option prices, the questions the till asks, four allergen states including “not checked yet”, and “86 it” to take an item off every till in one press.
Recipe food cost
What a flat white or a burger actually costs, worked from a recipe — when the price of milk moves, every drink that uses it moves with it.
Where the food went
Recipes against the shelf, ranked by money. With no count at both ends of the period it says “cannot say” rather than inventing a loss.
Ordering & supplier claims
Par levels write the order for you. Checking a delivery in puts it on the shelf, pools the cost, and turns anything short or overcharged into a claim.
Table service when you want it
Counter by default; switch on seating and the same till takes table orders, with a plan of your tables.

Café & Fast Food POS Software — FAQ

Is this for a café or for fast food?
Both, and both at once — a coffee shop, a burger and broast bar, or a place that is both. It is counter service by default, and table service is a switch the day you need it.
Does takeaway get taxed differently from eating in?
Yes, and it has to. In Cyprus a soft drink and a beer are one rate at the table and another in a bag, while the food goes the other way. You set the grid once and every order is worked out from it.
Can it tell me what a flat white actually costs?
Yes — from the recipe, not typed on the item. When the price of milk moves, every drink that uses it moves with it, and “86 it” takes an item off every till in one press when you run out.
