Take the order at the table, fire the starters and hold the mains, send each item to the station that makes it, split the bill any way the guests want, and at the end of the week see which dishes earn and where the food actually went — all from one cloud system with your own web address.

What RestaurantOps includes

Everything a full-service restaurant runs on — with Excel & PDF exports.

Floor & tables
A plan of your rooms and tables, open bills per table, move, merge and split — and one bill at the end.
Courses & kitchen tickets
Fire starters, hold the mains. Each item goes to the station that makes it, on a printer whose role is set so a kitchen ticket never lands on a guest's receipt.
Menu, modifiers & allergens
Sections with serving times, per-dining-option prices, questions the till asks (how would you like it cooked?), and four allergen states including “not checked yet”.
Eat in vs takeaway tax
The rate lives on the line, not the item — a small grid of dining option × kind of item, with a one-press preset for Cyprus and the UK.
Recipe food cost
What every dish costs to make, worked from a recipe — so when the price of an onion moves, every sauce and every dish that uses it moves with it. Waste is part of it.
Where the food went
Recipes against the shelf, ranked by money. No count at both ends of the period means “cannot say”, never an invented loss.
Ordering, deliveries & claims
Par levels write the order for you, grouped by supplier. Checking the van in puts goods on the shelf, pools the cost, and turns anything short or overcharged into a claim.
Yesterday on one screen
What you took, what the food cost, what was thrown away and the average spend — read over a coffee while the day is still worth doing something about.

Restaurant POS Software — FAQ

Does it handle eat-in and takeaway tax differently?
Yes — and that is the point. The rate is a property of the line, not the product: a beer can be one rate at the table and another in a bag, and the food can go the other way. You set a small grid of dining option × kind of item once, and every bill is worked out from it.
Do orders reach the kitchen automatically?
Yes. Every item is routed to the station that makes it, and each printer has a role — bill, kitchen ticket, or both — so a kitchen ticket can never print on a customer's receipt.
Does it know about allergens?
Every item carries four states, not two — contains, may contain traces, does not, and not checked yet. The last one is what gets somebody to find out, and the front page counts how many are still unanswered.
