Generic ERPs count in whole numbers and know nothing about GSM, width, shade or construction. TextileOps ERP is different from the first screen: every item is a textile item, every quantity carries three decimals, every roll is its own record and every lot remembers where it came from. Buy yarn in kilograms, weave metres, sell yards, cost it back to the kilogram — automatically.

What TextileOps ERP includes

Everything a mill needs from day one — with Excel & PDF on your letterhead.

Yarn, greige, dyed & finished fabric
Every item carries its textile identity — construction (128×60), width, GSM, yarn count, composition, colour, shade and finish — so a search for “57" 180 gsm cotton twill” finds it instantly.
Weight ⇄ length engine
Yarn is bought in kg, woven into metres, sold in metres or yards and costed back to kg. TextileOps converts automatically from GSM & width — no spreadsheet, no wrong invoice.
Roll & lot traceability
Each roll has its own number, length, weight, shade, grade and defect points; each lot remembers the lot it was made from. Trace any finished roll back to the yarn in one click.
Multi-level recipes (BOM)
A garment recipe explodes to its fabric, and the fabric to its yarn and chemicals — with waste %, labour and overhead — giving true cost per metre and per piece.
Stock in metres & kilograms
Three-decimal stock (1,347.500 m · 62.400 kg) with a full movement ledger: receive, issue to a stage, consume, sell, scrap, return — by lot and by roll.
The mill line, stage by stage
Yarn dyeing → weaving → dyeing → printing → cutting → stitching → finishing → packing. Set up your line in one click and assign looms, jiggers and stitching lines with daily capacity.
Certifications & export
Record GOTS / GRS / BCI certification and certificate numbers per lot today; export documents (PI, LC, packing list, GD, Form-E) and mass-balance transaction certificates are on the roadmap.
Reports that arrive finished
Items & stock valuation, roll register, lots & traceability and the stock ledger — every one on your letterhead as a vector PDF, an Excel sheet, or print, straight from the screen.
0.001
metre & kilogram precision on every quantity

TextileOps ERP — FAQ

Is TextileOps a full ERP for a textile mill?
It is built as one — its own parties, stock, costing, production line and reports, in the units a mill actually uses (metres, yards, kilograms, GSM, width). Increment 1 covers items, rolls, lots, recipes and stock; work orders per stage, dyeing batch cards, loom efficiency, 4-point inspection and export documents follow in the next increments.
Does it convert between kilograms and metres?
Yes. kg = metres × (width in inches × 0.0254) × GSM ÷ 1000, and back. Type a roll length and the weight fills in; weigh a roll and the length fills in. If GSM or width is missing it says so rather than guessing.
Can we trace a finished roll back to the yarn?
Yes. Every lot records the lot it was made from, so a finished lot shows its dyed lot, greige lot and yarn lot in a chain — with certification numbers where recorded.
We are on SAP ECC 6 — what happens when support ends?
Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 ends in 2027, and moving to S/4HANA is a large, expensive project. TextileOps gives a mill a modern cloud system at a flat monthly price, with data migration from your existing item masters and stock balances.
Is our data isolated?
Each mill runs in its own isolated data scope with its own login and roles. Your production, costing and sales figures are visible only to the people you give access to.
